Several years station was deserted. Now there are not meteorologists. In the last years man on duty has been living there for tourists. Group of tourists can stay over there. Peak Dalniy Taganay has height 1112m, weather station has height 1106m. It is very windy on the peak Dalniy Taganay. Due to snow weather station can become unrecognizable
